In order to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition, a lot of effort must go into custom packaging and shipping. Our shipping rates of 20% include cost of parcel, custom packaging materials, and extensive labor on framed pieces.  Embellishment and portrait fees are excluded from this calculation.

For Standard Delivery, we usually ship via ground service unless you indicate otherwise.  Express Shipping is also available. Express Shipping will expedite your shipping time, but may not affect the time needed to craft your order.

International Orders
We'll ship your order to a number of non-U.S. destinations — just order normally and select your country when you enter your shipping address.  If your country is not available for automated order processing, you will be prompted to call for a custom quote.  +1 (541) 944-2732

International Delivery Times  International orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days, regardless of the service selected.

Taxes, Duties, and Tariffs  Customer assumes responsibility for all taxes, duties and tariffs imposed by the destination country.

Prices and Shipping Charges  All prices are calculated in United States Dollars (USD).

Glass  Our standard products include high-quality acrylic glazing — this is available to domestic and international customers. We cannot ship glass overseas due to breakage concerns.

Returns, Lost or Damaged Items

Just call or e-mail us to correct the situation. No returns, exchanges or claims will be honored more than 45 days beyond invoice date.
